Because sometimes organizations require the skills of a consultant, so Brent works with those clients to develop powerful succession plans and groundbreaking leadership development systems. He’s developed a proven synergy that combines his vast leadership experience with his industry leading, research-based, management 360° assessments, Personality profiles, and individual value and motivation assessments.
Other times a company, small or large, could use a coach, so Brent works one-on-one with clients to identify their goals and pinpoint any and all obstacles, hurdles and detours the client may be facing that, up until now, has prevented the realization of those goals.
Based on this knowledge he puts together a long-term plan to drive successful growth and development. The tools Brent uses for coaching are similar to those used in his consulting work, but with a much higher degree of personalization.
Brent Neilsen utilizes his extensive experience ranging from line management to executive (having led cross-functional teams including Customer Service staff, engineers, and both internal and external salespeople) and has designed his consultant and coaching services in a way that are incredibly effective for all types of businesses.
He has a MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University and a BS in International Economics from Macalester College. He has Studied Leadership Development and Coaching processes at the Center for Creative Leadership, Type Resources and Leadership Performance systems. He has served on a wide variety of boards including privately held companies and non-profit entities.
